What is
No Win No Fee

What is
No Win No Fee

What is no win no fee

From the 1st April 2013 the Government introduced new legislation which changed the way in which we are able to handle personal injury cases. Prior to this date, if your claim was successful, you would get to keep 100% of the compensation recovered and the losing side would cover all of the legal costs.
The new rules still allow us to offer a no win no fee service but they also allow us to recover what is known as a “success fee” from your compensation if your claim is successful.

With LPS No Win No Fee Solicitors you will still benefit from:-

  • Having no legal costs to pay throughout the duration of your claim.
  • Absolutely no hidden costs.
  • Nothing to pay if your claim is not successful.
  • Peace of mind that you will not have to pay the other side’s costs.
  • A No Win No Fee service

The rules state that the maximum limit on the amount of the success fee we can recover from your compensation is 25%.

Making a claim with us

When you make an initial enquiry regarding a no win, no fee agreement we will assess the viability of your case. If we think you have a valid claim for compensation, we will proceed with the claim.
Therefore we expect that in the majority of cases you will still receive a minimum of 75% of the compensation recovered and we will do everything in our power to get the maximum amount you deserve for your claim.
